These are a few of my favorites from www.nearingzero.net

ME @ OU

Flight Of The Conchords

For those of you that haven't seen this show on HBO, I recommend it. It's got IT. You heard it hear first...well, maybe third or fifth.

Penn And Teller Get Hippies To Sign Water Banning Petition

Damn, there are some dumb/eager people in this world. USE YOUR FREAKIN' BRAINS, PEOPLE.

Family Guy FCC Song

If this video doesn't make you laugh, somethings wrong with you.

Walk down memory lane

I guess, if you don't know where this is, then you've never been there. Look closely. Maybe you'll figure it out.

High school classmate is located...

Interesting life choice, Leigh...  If I'm in Raleigh, I'll have to check this out.

Eva Lye - Roller Derby Queen

The Office -- Playing Dwight Schrute is...Jim Halpert?

Can the writers get better? Doubt it.

Messi goal (Barca vs. Getafe)

Previously compared to Maradona... This goal seems eerily similar to Maradona's World Cup goal vs. England.

Earth from a Satellite

A co-worker found this web site and pointed it out.  It's definitely worth looking at.  Watch for a few minutes as the satellites will change.  You'll need Java loaded to view the imagery.

EARTHNOW

NC EPA NPL Sites (enough acronyms for ya?)

Check out this link: EPA NPL Site

Fact: Gaston County is the only NC county with more than two EPA NPL sites.

I found this recently while performing another search.  Needless to say, I wasn't so proud of my county.

IPCC Report Release

In case you missed it...

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) released their most current report in early February. It's an interesting read. I recommend downloading the Summary for Policymakers and finding out (for yourself) what scientists around the world are saying about global warming. Maybe that Gore fellow is really on to something, huh?

Royksopp - Remind Me (Geico Version)

I'm addicted to this song. It's a sickness. Damn Geico...

...a day that will live in infamy...

Truly one of the finest moments of my life (outside of family related things...B). I felt like a proud papa. I was a pleasure celebrating with the team and what makes it even better is I felt like this was "our" year to win. I'm glad Del Piero was with the team and I'm glad the Azzuri pulled off a great triumph. Forza Italia!!

In case you're wondering...

Here's the process to achieve beerdom.

New Tat

This is newly inked on my right upper arm. Don't know what GAL. 2:20 means? Look it up.

On the midnight train to Munich

Learn German in a few hours...no problem with the Jiffy Phrasebook. By the way, DT is the way to go if you get the chance. It's a fav!

Independence Day

Center City Brussells during the Belgian Independence Day. Dang...he's drinking again.
